NW Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated full service inspection company with over 13 years of inspection experience. We provide quality commercial and residential inspections in Houston and surrounding areas (please call and / or see coverage area below). We are licensed and regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission (Professional Inspector License # 4594). Jimmy Jones, owner / Operator of NW home inspections has been licensed as a Professional Home Inspector since 1996. Jimmy has a Bachelors of Science in Technology (BST), with specialization in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. He has extensive experience in structural engineering including both calculation and design of structures. Jimmy is a licensed Energy Star rater and also has experience in indoor air quality (mold) inspections.
